Shipping policy

At Pack My Food, we aim to make sure your packaging arrives quickly, safely, and exactly when you need it. With over 20 years of industry experience and our own delivery network, we pride ourselves on providing reliable, flexible, and cost-effective delivery options across the UK.

1. Our Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options to suit your location and order size:

• Pack My Food Delivery Fleet – For customers in and around London (including the M25 area).
  

• Nationwide Parcel Couriers – For smaller orders across the UK Mainland.
  

• Palletised Courier Services – For large or bulk orders outside our local delivery zone.
  

2. Orders Within Our Delivery Network (London & M25 Area)

• Free Next Day Delivery* on orders within our local delivery zone.
  

• In most areas, there is no minimum order requirement.
  

• In some cases, smaller orders (under £100 excluding VAT) may take up to 2 working days to arrive.
  

• Please allow up to 3 working days in case of unforeseen circumstances (traffic delays, weather issues, etc.).
  

• We reserve the right to hold deliveries below our minimum order requirement for certain zones.
  

3. Orders Sent by Parcel Courier (UK Mainland)

Orders Over £150 (Excl. VAT)

• FREE standard shipping (1–3 working days) to UK Mainland addresses.*
  

• Please note: This offer excludes Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and other offshore areas.
  

Orders Under £150 (Excl. VAT)

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and parcel quantity.
  
  Example rates for UK Mainland:
  

• Up to 20kg: £9.00 + VAT
  

• Above 20kg: £0.41 + VAT per additional kg
  

• Additional charges apply for non-mainland UK regions (see below).
  

4. Delivery Charges for Remote & Offshore Areas

Our checkout system will calculate the most accurate shipping cost before you purchase.

5. Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Order Cut-off Times
  

• Parcel Courier Orders: Placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Thu) – dispatched same day.
  

• Local Delivery Fleet Orders: Placed before 5:00 PM (Mon–Thu) – next-day delivery.
  

• Friday Orders: Delivered the following week.
  

• Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
  

• Delivery Days
  

• Standard: Monday to Friday.
  

• Saturday delivery available upon request (extra cost, subject to courier availability).
  

• Receiving Your Order
  

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
  

• Couriers are contracted to deliver to your door (threshold only).
  

• If an order is refused due to the driver not delivering beyond the threshold, a £25 administration fee plus return postage will apply.
  

• Damaged Parcels
  

• If a parcel arrives damaged, sign for it as "Damaged" and notify us within 48 hours.
  

• We cannot accept claims for damage if parcels are signed as "Unchecked."
  

• Delays & Disruptions
  

• While we aim to meet our delivery times, delays may occur due to extreme weather, road incidents, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
  

• Please order in advance for time-sensitive requirements.
  

6. Click & Collect – Park Royal, London

Need your order urgently? You can collect it from our warehouse in Park Royal, NW London. We can prepare your order in advance for quick collection.
